Hilary Kaufman

Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., Hilary moved to Minnesota for college and has been getting to know the Twin Cities since 2019. They joined GiveMN with a strong background in nonprofit work and relationship building, having most recently worked on the grants team for Project for Pride in Living and as a podcast producer for the East Side Freedom Library’s Housing Justice team. Hilary has a knack for organization and detail and—as the marketing & communications associate for GiveMN—is committed to centering community and uplifting the voice of nonprofits. With a bachelor’s degree in media and cultural studies and data science from Macalester College, Hilary loves thinking about the way the world works and how it could be different. When not imagining a more just future, they enjoy reading, discovering new music, and attempting the Sunday crossword.
